Green Point Self Catering Studio is a newly renovated self catering studio apartment, centrally situated with regards to the major tourist attractions of Cape Town such as V&A Waterfront, Clifton beaches, Sea Point Promenade and Table Mountain.
The studio is situated in a small Apartment Block. The modern interior has a double volume open rafter ceiling and combines Cape Cottage Furniture with contemporary leather and chrome furniture.
ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES
1. A large (42 sq metres) studio. Large sliding windows with partial views of the ocean.
2. Secure undercover parking for one vehicle.
3. Sleeps maximum two (2) persons.
4. Extra length king size or twin beds fitted with quality white cotton percale linen.
5. Quality towels are provided (heated towel rail in bathroom).
6. Ample storage in built-in wardrobe, free standing wardrobe and large bedside chest.
7. Dressing table with large mirror and chair.
8. Bedroom chair with floor lamp and seating/luggage space on ottoman.
9. TV (SA channels), radio/CD player.
10. Dining area: two chairs at the kitchen counter.
11. Kitchen equipped with 2-plate cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle & toaster, washing machine/tumble dryer.
12. Crockery, cutlery and glasses - provision is made for 4 place settings.
13. Iron and ironing board.
14. Bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and single basin on big vanity with lots of mirrors and storage space (no bath), heated towel rail.
15. Smoking NOT permitted in the studio.
16. Serviced once a week.
