Brenwin Guest House was constructed in 1830 for the Port Captain, and presents a delightful combination of historical authenticity and contemporary facilities. Located in cosmopolitan Green Point, it is minutes away from the city centre, and just a ten-minute walk from the V & A Waterfront. It’s also walking distance from the new International Convention Centre.

Brenwin Guest House presents a delightful ambience with its own tropical garden, complete with banana and palm trees. For your enjoyment and relaxation, we also have thatch gazebo to relax in, perfect for having tea, reading a book or taking an afternoon siesta. A lovely wooden deck is now annexed to the breakfast room, so that your breakfast alfresco is perfectly complemented by the surrounding trees and singing birds.

The accommodation at Brenwin Guest House includes 3 luxury double rooms, two with extra sleeping couches, on a Bed and Breakfast basis. The accommodation also features ten standard double rooms (one of which can sleep three since it contains an adjoining single bedroom). The hotel also features two four-person apartments available on either a Bed and Breakfast or a self-catering basis. Each apartment features a bedroom, lounge and kitchen. All rooms contain double, queen or twin-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. For your convenience, there are also a bar fridge, a coffee/hospitality tray, your own wall safe, private telephone lines, and satellite television. You are welcome to bring your children, provided that they remain supervised at all times.

The locality around Brewnwin Guest House offers a variety of activities, including golfing, workouts at fitness centres, and tennis courts. Within a 2-km radius, you will find the V & A Waterfront, beachfront promenades, discos and theaters. We arrange transport for the airport as well as tours of the Cape and Winelands. Three members of our staff are fluent in German.
