Budget Business Accommodation
Clean, neat and tidy. Says on one of the websites that there is tea & coffee in the rooms, which there isn't. There's tea in the shared kitchen, but there was no coffee when I was there. The wireless internet option was great - cheap and easy to access. Unfortunately, I had some problems sending mail and RedButton seem to be rubbish with support. I've still not heard back from them a week and a half later.
The place is okay. I think it would be a great option for a family or a bunch of couples to rent out. The booking, payment etc was really smooth and all the staff were friendly.

Affordable stay at 27 Belluvue
Our stay at Bellevue was most affordable, clean and comfortable. Our room has superb heating, space and ablutions. Very good value for money. A busy street, but for the centre of Cape Town, we would happily book there again. The booking process was very successfully done over the internet and the House Manager was very helpful. We have already recommended it to friends going to Cape Town this weekend.

Comfortable, affordable, central
We hired the entire house and in this way had very reasonable accommodation for 8 people. Also, we didn't mind that people had a share a bathroom as we all knew each other. If you don't know the others in the house then book room 1 with a lovely bathroom in the bedroom - clean, comfortable and air con. We will definitely stay here again with a group of friends.

27 Belvue Street, Gardens
At first I was surprised, as I thought this was a B & B, but once that was settled I found the accommodation clean and tidy and homely. It is centrally placed and we were pleased to see that there was a 711 just down the street, although we did not have to use it as the very kind taxi driver we had, took us past Checkers on the way back from Kirstenbosch.

nice but loud
Lovely renovated room (room no. 1), fully equipped tidy kitchen, nice housekeeper.
Very loud room in the early morning because of the traffic outside.
there was no w-lan available although I asked for it when I booked the room.
