Calais Country House

Calais Country House offers private and exclusive bed & breakfast accommodation in Franschhoek. We have 3 double bedrooms and a self catering studio, which enables us to offer a unique and personal service to our guests. Beautiful gardens meander around the property, giving a feeling of space and tranquility, away from the bustle of Franschhoek town centre, yet we're situated close enough to walk there.

The house has been in existence for over 25 years, and only recently has it been converted into guest house accommodation. For this reason, it has retained the charm, comfort and warm feeling of a home. Whether a summer visit, or a winer one, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere inviting. Flowing grounds surround the property, which afford a great sense of space and tranquility, despite us being situated only a few kilometres from Franschhoek town centre.

With 2 main room, which can be coupled to form a family suite and a self catering studio, Calais Country House is small and quaint, which ensures that service can remain personal and your stay can be one of privacy and relaxation.
