It offers spacious holiday accommodation for the young and the old. The views of the valley and the sea create an atmosphere of tranquility and seclusion while only 5 minutes from all other conveniences including shopping centres, good restaurants, street and craft markets and the sea with water sports, sun bathing and swimming.
Accommodation offered consists of 2 self catering apartments; The Upper Terrace and the Garden Apartment.
The Upper Terrace has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and separate shower. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a dressing and TV area. All the rooms have sliding doors opening onto the patio.
There is an open plan lounge with DVD, home entertainment system, TV and a cozy fire place and doors leading on to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
The garden area with stunning views, the patio and barbeque facilities are available to all guests.
The Garden Apartment has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with main en suite plus family bathroom fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. The front of the apartment has sliding doors opening onto the lower pool garden.
The lower pool garden is shared by all guests and boasts a splash pool, a thatched lapa, barbeque facilities and outside furniture.
The premises has a caretaker on site and is access controlled with intercom and remote controlled gates and a double garage and secure off street parking is available.
