Surf Watch is a North facing modern holiday house located in Fish Hoek, and situated in an indigenous garden overlooking Fish Hoek beach and the mountains. The house is with in walking distance of the beach and the Clovelly Golf Course.

The house is split into three separate private apartments. The main House has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) 3 bathrooms main en suite, two bedrooms with private balconies and sea and mountain views.

Downstairs features an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with full laundry facilities and a balcony running along the front of the apartment; and a lounge leading to a wind free patio with barbeque facilities.

The Top apartment is called the Eagles Nest and has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom and an out side shower facility, open plan lounge/ dining room and fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and microwave.

The lower apartment known as the Studio has 2 bedrooms with en suite shower, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, lounge opening up onto a wooden deck with fantastic views over the beach and False Bay.

Each apartment can be rented together or as separate units. All the units have Satellite TV, internet and ADSL access and telephone and fax facilities.

The property is available for movie shoots, and is secure with off street parking.
