Provence Place is located in the Durbanville winelands, and is a mere one km from the beautiful Meerendal Wine Estate. The Villa has stunning views of the hills and the mountains. The house is designed to enhance outdoor living with all the living areas opening onto the pool area.

The Villa features 5 bedrooms on a 4000 sq meter estate. The house is furnished with travertine marble, handmade French chandeliers, wall sconces and lanterns.

The property features a full size tennis court, built in wood fire barbeque facility,2 swimming pools, pool table, trampoline, dart board, exercise bike, Ludwig drum kit, surround sound with DVD, DSTV, VHS combo and large screen TV with satellite. Additionally there are 3 fireplaces, broad band internet access, a safe for valuables and a house keeping service.

The views can be soaked up whilst playing a game of tennis.

The Villa is ideally situated to explore tourist attractions in the Cape Peninsula as well as the West Coast, the Winelands and the coastal towns with its spectacular fynbos selection and whale watching in Hermanus.
