Originally built to house settlers and workers in the 1700’s, since then Loader Street Terraces have been totally renovated and turned into a luxurious guesthouse. It is located in one of the most scenic and exclusive areas of the Cape, De Waterkant. It offers a birds eye view of the City, Table Bay Harbour, the vibrant V&A Waterfront and the Helderberg Mountain range.

The House has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, lounge, dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, a stove and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite.

The house has been decorated tastefully, and is equipped with all the modern conveniences. Including Satellite TV and CD player, all to allow for the utmost comfort of the guests.

It is conveniently situated close to most of the major attractions central Cape Town has to offer. Within walking distance of the Aquarium, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, shopping centers and Cape Town’s famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. This house is ideally situated for any types of holidays whether business or pleasure.
