Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, at the Green Point end of Waterkant Street, (3 blocks from the ‘Cape Quarter’). It offers tranquil accommodation for 2 couples or a family of four. Stylishly furnished with antiques and original art-work collection. This creates a warm, friendly, homely environment.
The main bedroom has double doors that lead onto a balcony, and from the ‘queen size’ bed there is a beautiful view of Table Bay. This bedroom has a full, stylish en-suite bathroom with both shower and a bath. The other bedroom also host a queen size bed and also has it own en-suite.
This is a home away from home and offers a fully furnished kitchen with a 4 plate gas hob, large fridge/freezer, dish washer and combination microwave/grill oven, as well as a dinning room that seats six people. So if you are looking to entertain while you are on holiday this would be ideal. A weekly cleaning service is included in the rate.
Upstairs host a spacious lounge with 2 x 3-seater couches, a T.V, DVD player, coffee tables, this is excellent if you are looking to have a night in with you loved one or friend as you have all the right equipment to hire a DVD and make a bowl of popcorn and curl up on the sofa and relax. The ;lounge also hosts a drink’s cabinet with bar fridge and CD player if you are looking to entertain guests.
There is a desk in the Lounge with a pay as you go Telkom phone which allows you to have internet access as well. So if you are on a business trip this a perfect set up to have.
Double doors open onto a 2 balcony offering a breath taken view of the city, Devils Peak, the docks, Table Bay and a portion of the Waterfront. These views are at its best when looked at at night or sunset and sunrise. You are able to view Cape Town at its best here.
There is a courtyard which doubles as secure parking with an electric/auto door.
The City and waterfront is in walking distance from this self catering guest house, you able to go and explore the city and take a walk around in the gardens and even have a chance to feed the squirrels. Or walk to the waterfront and have an lunch at Cape Town fish market, and go for a boat tour around the Waterfront harbor.
So if you are looking to looking to have a relaxing holiday with a loved one or friend or just down visiting family or on business this a perfect little setup to stay in it's spacious close to everything as well offering you a homely atmosphere. It is a home away from home.
