Cape Style Cottage is situated in Loader Street De Waterkant, an extremely exclusive and safe area. Loader Street is a cul de sac with beautifully renovated Villas and Cottages and the home of many artists, European jetsetters and professionals.
It is within walking distance of the City centre, the V&A Waterfront and the beaches.
Cape Style is a luxury cottage with a big lounge with TV, DSTV, and DVD and surround sound system. There is also a fully equipped open plan kitchen, and the main bedroom is en suite with lots of cupboard space.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful bathroom and a study.
The cottage has a lovely garden, a large deck and lockup parking for three cars. The furniture is exquisite and all the floors are travertine.
It can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests comfortably and has 24 hour security.
The cottage is close to coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, art galleries, Table Mountain, the convention centre and close to all the beaches.
