The water is warm and there is nothing better to do than to enjoy a swim in the ocean. Relax on the beach while watching the gentle swells of the waves with glistening golden sand stretching as far as the eye can see under our deep blue African sky. It is important to remember to take care when swimming in our strong ocean currents and it’s always best to use designated beaches for swimming. Our beaches are clean and safe to use. Look for shells and walk on the beach while enjoying the natural beauty.

Wilderness is situated in the middle of some of the world’s most famous golf courses. Fancourt, Oubaai, Pinnacle Point, George Golf Club, Sparrebosch, Simola and Pezula are the main golfing attractions in the region. First class facilities with breathtaking scenery are found at our many golf courses. Golf instruction and golf pro shops are also available. Advanced booking is essential especially over the busy high season.
