A peaceful and tranquil atmosphere greets you at Villa Lyonesse. This 850 sqm mansion is situated on two acres of pristine indigenous gardens on the slopes of Table Mountain National park in the upmarket leafy suburb of Constantia, one of the oldest wine regions in the Cape. It is close to modern shopping malls and world class restaurants. With easy access to the freeways, allowing visitors access to all the attractions the Cape has to offer.

Villa Lyonesse offers 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and can accommodate 18 guests in 5 star luxury. Six spacious, luxurious and stylish suites, with modern comforts to ensure the utmost convenience for guests. It also has a children's room with four single racing bunk beds, complete with the latest wii nintendo games and a 37" Sony LCD flat screen for gaming.

The Villa has a large lounge with a fully stocked honesty bar and dining area. It has the ultimate kitchen, a chefs dream. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art brand new Gaggenau appliances. A 8 plate gas hob, dual ovens, built in espresso coffee machine and everything you could possible need.

You can choose between bed & breakfast or self-catering. Full breakfast is served on the large patio. Other meals can be arranged at the many fine restaurants nearby or chefs can prepare a special delectable dinner for you at home.

An in-house tourist guide as well as an in house car hire is available to our guests. Villa Lyonesse offers the ultimate in luxury with complete privacy. DIRECTIONS: Directions from Airport or N2 to VILLA LYONESSE, CONSTANTIA

From the main exit from the Airport follow the signs to the N2 (direction Cape Town). Continue along the N2, until close to the back of Table Mountain and past the M5, Liesbeeck Parkway and Main Road intersections.

The N2 then forks - left goes to the Southern Suburbs and right goes to Cape Town - so ensure that you take the left fork (M3 Rhodes Drive) and then travel alongside the back of Table Mountain on a dual carriageway with the nature reserve on your right. Look out for the zebra and wildebeest on the mountainside! Continue past the University of Cape Town campus on your right hand side, down the hill and then turn Right at the first set of traffic lights called RHODES DRIVE. Pass Kirstenbosch gardens on your right hand side, at the T junction turn Right and carry along Rhodes drive.

Just before (about 150m) from Constantia Nek circle on the right hand side you will see the sign Villa lyonesse or # 1 Rhodes Drive, its the first house on the left hand side if you coming from Hout Bay.
