We offer both self-catering and Bed and Breakfast. All accommodation is sunny, clean and tastefully decorated in neutral colours. Each suite comes with percale bed linen and towels, underfloor heating throughout, hairdryer & tea & coffee station . All suites have TV/DVD/CD player and access to DSTV. Wifi is free for casual browsing but is billed at R100 per GB for VOIP/Video users.

We also have conferencing facilities in our Cellar with a Big Screen Theater system. Cinema style seating capacity for 20. Light Lunches & afternoon teas can be catered for. Our 16 Seat lounge above the theater as well as 16 seat covered veranda table off the lounge provide perfect break away areas. Advance bookings are neccessary.

Summit Place Guest House is two minutes from Groot Constantia Wine Estate with the incredible selection at Cloete Cellar as well as two fine dining restaurants set in the gracious Manor House centered grounds. 12 additional restaurants are within 2 minutes of Summit Place Guest House. For self Catering purposes Pick n Pay & Woolworths are a 5 minute drive as well as the local bakery open from 7am.

The 5 Star Steenberg Hotel is 2Km up the road.

Down the road Ou Kaap se Weg will lead you over the Constantia Berg Mountains to the delightful Seascapes of Misty Cliffs, Kommetjie & Scarrborough all within a 25 minute drive. This route is a cyclists dream. Muizenbergs long sandy beaches are 10 minutes away with many a surfer & kite surfer having been born on the gentle break.For the frsh fish fanatic, Snoek, Yellowtail & other species can be bought fresh off the boat at the Hout Bay Harbour 15 Minutes away.
