This unique upmarket home is situated within the picturesque, secure and peaceful green belt of the Constantia Valley. The Villa is surrounded by Top Wine Farms. Protected from the summer winds, makes it an ideal venue for both summer and winter vacations being within easy traveling distances to many of the well known sight seeing spots found in the Mother City. Le Bonheur is ideal for film shoots, Company Conferences, Weddings or just for the family, couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and having a holiday of a lifetime.

There are 6 bedrooms that sleeps 12 people and 4 bathrooms (3 en suite) including a self catering guest suite that is ideal for large families or a grand parent. Master bedroom is en suite with king sized bed, 2 other bedrooms have double beds with the remaining two bedrooms consisting of twin three quarter beds (linen is virtually new). The guest suite has a queen size bed, en suite with open plan kitchenette and adjoining lounge overlooking pool and patio.

There are 4 patios for different times of the day with amazing views of the backdrop of Table Mountain. Another attractive feature is the large heated pool (12 x 5m) which boasts different colours at night and a Covered Jacuzzi. There are 2 executive fitted bars which lead onto a patio overlooking the pool and 1 inside bar as well as one outside bar on west patio which is ideal for entertaining in secluded tranquil setting that will take your breath away. The protected patios let you relax and enjoy your well deserved rest, overlooking tranquil surrounds of heated pool and Jacuzzi. Climb the spiral staircase up to the top Patio for 360 degree views of the backdrop of Table Mountain while sipping sundowners on your recliner. The Roof Top Patio has loungers, tables and chairs and unbelievable views of the surrounding mountains.

Secure, off street parking with high perimeter walls and a large secure gate with intercom/video system to screen your guests assures for a safe stay. Surround sound system, large LCD TV that can be viewed from lounge and patio, most bedrooms boasts their own TV with magnificent views of mountains and manicured garden. ADSL line with Wi Fi connection 24hrs. Jaco the African Grey parrot is there greet you and keep you entertained during your stay. Maid service is also available from Monday to Friday at nominal fee. Saturdays charged as extra fee.

Further Option: The Two x 2 bedroom Cottages are available as separate units or in conjunction with the Main Villa. These are 2 separate, Private Cottages ( Each sleeps 4) with 2 bedrooms (en suite), open plan kitchen. All tastefully furnished with all modern conveniences, both fully equipped with Large TV and surround sound.
