AREA & ATTRACTIONS: Constantiaberg Villas lies in a peaceful cul-de-sac on the border of Constantia and is a security complex offering the holidaymaker, business traveller or Constantiaberg Medi-Clinic visitor a comfortable base from which to access the cultural, tourist or business centres of the Cape Peninsula. It is equidistant to the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and the beaches of False Bay. Good restaurants, shops, post office and outside sports facilities are close by. For those wishing to make use of public transport, the train station is only a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The complex itself offers visitors safe undercover parking, a swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue facilities and a clubhouse/gamesroom. A self-service laundry is available on the premises.

ACCOMMODATION: 66@Constantiaberg Villas is on the first floor. It is a one-bedroomed apartment with a queen-sized bed and enough built-in cupboards to assist those who wish to stay for a few weeks. A sleeper-couch is available for a third adult or a child. All bedding and linen (with the exception of beach towels) is provided. The unit includes a fully-equipped kitchen and includes a built-in hob, undercounter oven, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is a full bathroom with bath and shower. The lounge is equipped with TV (DSTV) and a DVD player and leads onto a balcony overlooking the tennis court.

Minimum stays of 2 weeks in December and January.
