Kloof Villa is situated in the beautiful, cosmopolitan Clifton, the property boasts breathtaking views of both the Twelve Apostles and the Atlantic Ocean. Beautifully decorated as well as super spacious it's a great place for entertaining, with the good times ready to roll. With swimming pool and garden to boot one cannot go too far wrong. Get some friends or family together as you can sleep six in this luxury villa.

Hmm, lets see, 2 spacious lounges; TV and music system; dining area; fully equipped kitchen and laundry with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. 2 bedrooms including main en-suite and a separate bathroom. You will find the garden on this- the upper level as well as pool, and the BBQ area which I think I failed to mention earlier....and to add to this I'll mention the

large patio/balcony offering beautiful views of the mountains and coastline.

On the lower level you will find; 1 bedroom [en-suite] and access to garden / pool area. Double garage and gated driveway parking. I must mention for those of us with bad circulation who suffer from cold feet and hands that there is both under floor heating and a fireplace in the lounge. Now seems like the time to mention the perk of daily house keeping.
