Fairhaven boasts a spacious and stylishly furnished main double bedroom with a jacuzzi and outdoor shower leading off the room. It also has shutters that open up to reveal a spectacular ocean vista and the beach a few meters below.

A smaller double room with separate entrance is on the ground level. It also has a compact fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room and lounge. The home is perfect for entertaining. If the sun is shining then entertain on the lawn overlooking the beach. The sundeck at the back allows you to retreat into complete privacy to watch the breathtaking sunsets over Clifton.

Clifton has three beaches, namely Third Beach which is quite busy, frequented by the young and beautiful people, from volley-ball players to models. The steps down to 1st and 2nd Beaches, they are a bit longer and therefore quieter. The waves are a bit bigger, but the views and surroundings are just as good. This beach cottage has a postion to die for.
