Clifton First is a luxury duplex apartment offering the following accommodation:

Upper level - Entrance hall, Spacious open plan lounge and dining room both sea facing, Lounge and dining rooms lead onto open terrace, Outdoor dining, area on open terrace, Small guest toilet with hand wash basin, Spacious eat-in kitchen.

Lower level - Two large bedrooms both sea facing, Both beds are king size extra length, Study area in the second bedroom, Two bathrooms one with bath and one with large walk-in shower.

The apartment size is 180m2 in extent.

Deposit:

If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance then 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is payable 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival then the full 100% payment is required.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 60 days prior to arrival : 25% cancellation fee

30 - 60 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee

Less than 30 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee

Relaxation of the cancellation policy is at the sole discretion of management.

Child Policy:

Children are welcome when accompanied by a legal guardian and stay at their guardian's own risk.

No Smoking Policy:

No smoking permitted inside the apartment.

Damages/Breakages:

Damages/breakages are to be paid for by the tenant on departure. Management reserves the right to take a damages/breakages deposit prior to arrival in cash or via credit card.

Follow the exit signs out of the airport
Follow signs for the N2 to the city of Cape Town
Stay on N2 highway into the city, following signs to Sea Point
As you come off the highway pass through the 1st set of traffic lights
At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right
Follow this road until you reach Sea Point Beach Road
Beach Road will have residential apartments of your left and the ocean on your right
Travel to the end of Beach Road until you reach a T junction
At the T junction turn left
Travel straight up through the traffic circle and then
Turn first right into Victoria Road
