This brand new self contained cottage is centrally located in the heart of Claremont. It is sunny & neat with a fully equipped kitchenette & bathroom with its own courtyard. Breakfast available on request. We are near the major business parks in the southern suburbs and so have catered for many business people as well as holiday makers.
Accommodation
Bedroom 1: This has a double bed or 2 single beds, TV, en-suite with a shower and kitchenette with fridge, cooker and microwave for self catering, own courtyard.
Bedroom 2: This has a double bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower. Also available is a fridge, microwave and a kettle - seperate entrance.
Continental breakfast at R50 per a person (croisant, bread, rolls, cheese, cold meats & fruit with juice) if requested. We have two seperate units, each unit can accommodate two guests (therefore we can accommodate 2 parties of 2 guests each, but NOT a group of - for ex. 1 party of 4 guests.).
