Acorn Cottage

Acorn Cottage is situated in Upper Claremont in the beautiful grounds of an Edwardian manor built in 1903, and boasts fantastic mountain views. Floor to ceiling sash windows look on to a private garden and surrounded by greenery, the cottage is a haven of peace and serenity. French doors lead out to a picturesque patio with terraces leading to a fountain and pool.

The cottage with its comfortable furnishings has a relaxed, homely style. It sleeps 2, and has an en suite bathroom with shower. Acorn Cottage has a very family-oriented atmosphere, aided by the presence of the foreign students whom the family hosts and the pets. The spacious garden is verdant with topiaries, trees and overflowing flowerbeds, and is reminiscent of fairytale gardens.

The cottage has a comfortable brass double bed, two armchairs, a table and two chairs and a large wardrobe. A bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and self-service breakfasts are provided, with tea, coffee, toast, fruits, jams and cheeses as well as cereals. The swimming pool is available for the guests' enjoyment. All linen is provided, as well as fresh towels. Smoking permitted outside only. Airport transfers are available on request. Acorn Cottage is near both Claremont and Kingsbury Hospital. Both the CBD and all beaches are a 20 minute drive away.
