Boontjiesrivier Guest Farm is located on Piet and Teresa Smit's citrus farm in the upper regions of the Olifants River Valley, 1 km outside Citrusdal and a mere 2 hour drive from Cape Town. Guests are invited to use this as a comfortable base to explore the famous Cedarberg Wilderness Area, the ruggedly beautiful West Coast or the spectacle of Namaqualand spring flowers, or simply soak up the tranquility and invigorating atmosphere of the beautiful farm and countryside.

The accommodation consists of 2 tastefully decorated guest suites, lounge with Jetmaster fireplace and small colour TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, two spacious bedrooms each en-suite, which can sleep 6. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can enjoy the sparkling pool and generous patio with barbecue area, lovely garden and beautiful farm scenery. Horse riding and bird watching are favoured pastimes and we have lovely hiking routes, one of which passes by rooibos tea lands. A farm-style breakfast and or dinner is available, or you may choose the self-catering option and prepare your own dinner.
