This luxurious Hotel is located just behind Canal Walk Shopping Centre at Century City right opposite Protea Hotel Island Club. The building exists out of 70 luxurious en-suite apartments on the two top floors (4 and 5); on floors 1-3 are offices and restaurants, upmarket shops and a News Café on the ground floor. The hotel is approximately 10km from Cape Town city centre and adjacent to Canal Walk Shopping Centre. Also nearby is Retanga Junction, Cape Town's famous Theme Park. There is so many nearby activities that you can be assured that boredom would not be on your agenda.

It consists of 70 suites; all are en-suite with a choice of; 26 Executive Suites and 34 Deluxe Suites. The 8 Presidential Penthouses consists of: 2 two bedroom, two bathroom penthouses, accommodates up to 4 guests; and the 6 three bedroom, three bathroom penthouses and accommodates up to 6 guests. All suites include two flat screen satellite LCD TV's, air-conditioning, hairdryer, writing desk, a safe with a built-in charging point that is large enough to accommodate a laptop. The rooms are also equipped with a kitchenette that contains a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave. Also available is 2 rooms for disabled guests and non-smoking rooms.
