We've always heard that Cape Town is one of the most beautiful places - what we heard was not a rumaour - it's true!!!!
Having such beautiful accommodation just made our short holiday even more special and comfortable.

We have an enjoyable 3 days at this apartment. The fridge did not work but on the last day we were offered a replacement. The towels were as soft as cardboard and again, when I brought it to their attention, they were swopped out for soft towels.

It was a pleasant experience and i would consider staying there again

It was my first time in Cape Town and it was like staying on an fantasy island. the air, the views, the smell of adventure was all too intriguring for me.
Having to be so close to the canal mall was exhubilirating, having an access card made me feel like royality and not forgetting the gym and the heated pool. The Securitys were so proffessional as well especially when my boss came to visit me AND VERY HELPFUL whenever we asked advise or a question. thank you val, charmaine and her husband for giving us such a safe and wonderful stay. I always wanted my first time to be as special as this one.WOW WOW WOW. this is a ten star accomodation.

The accommodation at La Savina and Menorca is very neat, spacious, and clean in a secure complex close to Canal Walk. The hosts Andre and Charmaine are very helpful, flexible and accommodating. Only downsides are: very restrictive use of indoor heated pool and need for additional shower in bathroom.

We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely go back again.

The location was excellent and the service was very personable!
I do however have to mention some maintenance issues that should be looked at.
There were cracks on some of the walls that could have been filled and repainted in the main bedroom!
Also the sofas in the lounge was worn! You could see they need to be replaces, you were sliding down them if you were sitting and watching TV.
The patio set was very worn too, there were only 2 chairs that matched and there was a dirty piece of cut up carpet on the patio floor which needs replacement!
The daily cleaning service was not up to standard as the bins in the bathroom were only cleaned by our 3rd day there! WE had to ask for toilet paper.
Please do not get me wrong, really enjoyed our stay, however being in the hospitality industry, it is all about attention to detail. If I was a foreigner or business person paying what I did, I would expect the above-mentioned to be on pair with what is being advertised!

My family of six spent four nights at this apartment. It was home from home with all the essentials available. The internal arrangement of the apartment made our stay very comfortable. The outside view of the gardens and waterways was exceptional. If I do comeback to Capetown I would like to stay here. I have recommended this apartment to other friends who are planning to visit Capetown.

The apartment was wonderful. Very spacious, very clean and very modern. Great location and we were well looked after by Charmaine

We could not go better. We visited Cape Town for the Two Oceans marathon and have two teenage girls. Being nervous about the marathon, we needed a comfortable place without paying too much. We had all in one with this place. The children were absolutely secure, and could shop in Canal Walk whilst we were running with peace in mind. The easy access to Canal Walk was unbelievable. The gym and two pools kept us fit, without driving kilometers far. We just could not ask for better. The apartment was wonderful - with breakfast on the balcony!!!

Andre & Charmaine were very helpful.

We had two apartments and the quality of the accommodation was good with excellent security. The drive to the centre of Cape town only took 10 - 15 minutes so it was not too far out. Having the Century City mall a couple of hundred yards away was really convenient.

Majorca Self-catering apartments was the best establishment I stayed in when I was in South Africa. Majorca is centrally located. 2 min walk to the Canal Walk. 10 min taxi ride to VA Waterfront, 20 mins to Camps Bay. Great on security. If you are looking for a hotel that gives you the home feeling this is your place. Do not be mislead and stay in Downtown Cape town it is better to stay outside the city.

Our hosts made us feel very welcome and were on hand to help with anything they could if it was needed. The apartment was spacious and kept very clean by the maids which made the holiday even more relaxing, the pools and gym were used daily, lovely quiet well kept surroundings.

The location G12 Majorca, Island Place is very good for me and my family since its so close with the shopping complex and other area. My only complaint would be the noise from the hot water heater i guess especially its attached to the bedrooms.

Dit was werklik baie lekker om in so ''n skoon en netjiese woomstel te bly. Enigste voorstel is net dat die slaapvertrek se venster ''n donker blinder of ''block-out'' kan hê. Om te slaap in so ''n verligte vertrek is moeilik.
