This spacious loft apartment is situated in the vibrant City Centre of Cape Town. A two-minute walk takes you to the daytime art and antique district or the exciting nocturnal entertainment of upper Long Street. By car the City Centre and Waterfront are a five-minute drive, you can also get to Table Mountain or the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton within ten-minutes.

There are two bedrooms with Queen sized beds. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite corner-bath, a walk-in cupboard, and balcony. The second bedroom, adjacent to the main, easily accesses a separate shower bathroom.

Upstairs you will find the lounge and open plan kitchen leading to a spacious living area and main balcony with beautiful views over Heritage Square and Table Bay.

A secure parking garage allows access to the unique and stylish building where you will

escalate to the seventh (top) floor via a vintage elevator, complete with a weekday liftman to assist on the journey.

Appreciate a sunny breakfast on the main balcony or watch the shimmering cityscape as the sun sets and the city lights come to life. Listen to the city life murmuring far below, while being far removed from any harsh noise of the busy boulevards.
