This spacious brand new stylish apartment consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both en suite. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The living area and main bedroom have underfloor heating and overlook the city and harbour.
The lounge has comfortable seating and includes a bar and an indoor Zen garden. The entertainment system comprises a hi-fi, dvd player, dstv and overhead projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary conveniences including a commercial espresso machine - Imported Italian coffee supplied free of charge.
Security in and around the building is monitored 24 hours a day by cctv cameras and 2 full time security guards. 2 undercover parking bays are accessed though the main entrance and are on the second floor of the building.
Metropolis is ideally situated within safe walking distance to restaurants, shops and the V&A Waterfront. Access to the N1 and N2 highways are at the foot of the building.
