The bedroom has a queen-sized double bed with a good mattress. Living area has a couch that converts to a comfortable bed. There is an office alcove with fast internet connection. Gradient of the stairs is gentle.

Kitchen is well-equipped with granite surfaces, a pleasant working space created by the open plan design. Alternatively, the apartment can be booked as a "bed and breakfast", with hot breakfast delivered to the apartment or served in the excellent restaurant downstairs.

The bathroom is immaculate with separate bath and shower.

There is a gymnasium on the first floor. Access to a roof-top swimming pool in the adjacent building is through an aerial walkway. Parking garage is in that building. Both buildings have 24 hour security.

Located in the heart of the vibrant city centre with sidewalk cafes and good restaurants close by. Within a block are major banks and good shops. Equally close are the Company Gardens, Cathedral, museums, City Hall, Grand Parade and shuttle to the Waterfront and Robben Island Ferry. Cape Town Tourist Centre, starting Point for interesting walking and bus tours, is a five minute walk through pedestrian, cobbled streets lined with a colourful mix of artists and fascinating stalls. Cape Town Conference Centre is a 15 minute walk and can also be reached by City shuttle. Street security is provided by video cameras and patrolling mounted police.
