We enjoyed our stay at the facility. The only hiccup is that my wife prefers to take a bath and not shower, which was not available and was not known by us beforehand. Otherwise everything went well.

sited between Long Street and convention centre, close to Waterfront could not be better. Safe building and neat interior

A Good Stay

Just to let you know our Norwegian family really enjoyed their stay @ Icon 700. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and close to many amenities
