DIRECTIONS: Take the N1 or N2 into Cape Town. They will both meet at the foreshore which becomes "Buitengracht". Continue up Buitengracht and turn right at your 4th traffic light in "Strand" Street. Turn first right in "Rose" and the Building will be on your left hand side.
