This spacious and modern, holiday home is on the slopes of Table Mountain, 400 metres from Camps Bay beach and Victoria Road, which is the hub of Camps Bay with many popular restaurants, a supermarket and theatre.

Woodford House is the ideal family holiday accommodation with a spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen/laundry/family room leading onto the garden, barbeque and pool area, overlooking the beach.

There's also satellite TV, a DVD player and a Sony Play Station with a small selection of games to keep children occupied whilst you relax in the lounge or on the patio at the pool side and enjoy the panoramic sea and mountain views.

The house has three upstairs bedrooms with large windows displaying the terrific beach and mountain views. The rooms are a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and double bed, a second bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and double bed and the third room has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The fourth and only bedroom that has no sea view, is located downstairs. This room with its twin beds and an en-suite bathroom opens up onto a large courtyard and tropical garden.

The house is ideal for groups or families of up to eight persons. Children of all ages are welcome. A cot is also available for a baby.

The pool is the focal point of this property and allows for easy child supervision, even when inside the house.

Dutch and German is also spoken.
