This is a stylish, spacious property situated on the mountain in Camps Bay, only a five-minute drive from the beach. The home is modern and boasts both sea and mountain views.

There are three double bedrooms (upper level) with their own bathrooms, both these lead to the split level pool deck. Then there are three more bedrooms on the lower level of the house. Two of which have double beds which share a bathroom, both have access to the sun terrace. The fifth has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is a large mezzanine living room with DSTV and sound system as well as dining room and separate breakfast area.

The home has a quaint conservatory with views of the neighboring nature reserve. There’s a courtyard close to the kitchen, which has a laundry room next door.

Camps Bay beach with its adjacent Clifton beaches is said by many as the most beautiful place in the world. Indecently some of the most beautiful people in the world can also be found here.

No other place on earth offers such an abundance of incredible, natural beauty within 10 minutes drive of a major and vibrant global city. Warm winters (50F) and mild summers (80F) makes this a tourist friendly place all year round.
