The villa comfortably sleeps 10 and house amenities include a DSTV decoder, DVD player, music centre, fax machine and barbecue. Safety is also a big advantage of this villa as it has a burglar alarm and armed response service. There is garage parking for 2 cars as well as off-street parking for a further 2 small cars. A servicing maid will be available three days a week. This villa also has a well-kept garden and big swimming pool. A pool and garden service will be available once a week so all you have to do is relax and enjoy the amazing surroundings.
The villa has a master bedroom, three smaller bedrooms and an en-suite flat. The bedrooms are of good size and very comfortable. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom whereas the other bedrooms share a bathroom.
The living areas are large with an open-plan design as to create an atmosphere of relaxation and space. The spacious verandah is perfect for long sunsets and intimate dinners. The homely kitchen is adjacent to the verandah, and all living areas come fully-equiped with all the utensils necessary to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
