Villa Elixir

The villa’s decor is a mix between Greece and Ibiza with gorgeous views of Camps Bay. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two are en-suite). The bedrooms contain three queen size extra length beds and two three quarter extra length beds. There is also under floor heating in all the rooms and bathrooms, the bathrooms have heated towel rails. Three of the bedrooms have ocean views and the fourth bedroom has a mountain/private garden view.

There is a modern kitchen which includes a microwave, electrical stove, washer and dryer. The large living room has a fire place. The dining room can seat ten to twelve people, also an outdoor dining table that can seat up to eight people. The outdoor look out deck can also seat up to eight people. There is a tree house available for the kids and a gazebo with large pillows to watch the sunset.

Also available is a big verandah with curtains, and a large boma to make fires for barbeques. In case you are not in the mood for the beach, a big pool is also available. A large deck with comfortable seats that overlooks the sea and mountain is also available. And for your safety, an automated garage is available, together with electric fencing and state of the art alarm system that includes armed response.
