Kitchen: Magnificient solid oak hand finished painted kitchen. Opens onto charming courtyard with vine covered trellis for alfresco dining, for 8 people.

Lounge: Open plan to dining area. Entertainment includes plasma TV, video, multi channel satellite and music system. Sea & mountain views.

Outside: French doors to a lovely courtyard. Sunny scented garden with white roses and lavender. Barbeque facilities. Stunning views of Atlantic ocean, Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach.
