A slightly longer walk (or short drive) away, the famous Clifton Beaches can be found. The night life of the City Bowl is a five minute drive over the saddle of Lion's Head.

The villa has a secure entrance leading from the garage onto the lower level of the Unit. A beautiful sky-lit staircase leads up to the spacious open-plan living area which is furnished in avant-garde modernity. Balcony doors lead out onto a spacious patio with an ample-sized spa bath and an outdoor barbeque. The main bedroom (en-suite) on the same level, also leads out to the patio.

Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are found on the lower level, both opening onto a balcony, featuring a double-sized hammock from which to enjoy those views. Sedgemoor Views accommodates 6 adults comfortably.

There is secure parking for 4 cars as well as a top quality alarm system including armed response. Satellite TV is installed.
