home away from home
Everything you needed was in the apartment, above all the cleanliness and cosy feeling as you enter was enormous. The location , view and peacefullnes one has to experience to appreciate. For us, definitely value for money. Thanks for oppurtunity to express my appreciation, yes one pays for the service, but when you get your monies worth and more, there is no price tag for that. Thanks

Astonishing Find
10 Monte Carlo must be one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It had everything you could possibly need, it was immaculately clean and the view was stunning. We are so glad we found it and it will always be our first choice when visiting Cape Town. Thank you for a great stay.

Better than expected.
This two bedroom apartment has breathtaking views, is extremely well appointed, and the owners have provided an invaluable booklet of information on the apartment and the surrounds. From contacting the owner by email, to dropping off the keys when we left, I was met with friendly, helpful courtesy and professionalism. It was indeed a pleasure, very affordable, and we will certainly be back.

A perfect brake aware accommodation that is very centrally situated. Everything is in close proximity to all attractions. A real must for anybody that want a peaceful break and still be closed enough to be able to join any activity per choice.

The perfect spot in Cape Town
I was amazed at this apartment. It was everything it had promised to be and more. The owners have paid such attention to detail and it is really an outstanding appartment with everything that opens and closes. The many restaurants and the beach is a 5 min walk away and the appartment block itself is well maintained and quiet.I would really recommend this appartment to anyone looking at staying at Cape Town. I will most definately stay there again.
