The house consists of two exquisite luxurious apartments with stunning sea and mountain views. Suite 1 has a bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a fitted kitchen with microwave, stove and refrigerator. Secured parking is provided by an indoor garage.

Suite 2 is much the same with one bedroom, bathroom, and sitting room with sleeper couch, a fully fitted kitchen and a private terrace for outdoor living is available. Both apartments have Satellite TV, CD player, a Video recorder and an internet connection.
