The wellappointed kitchen has a sizable stove, microwave and generous fridge-freezer to make a treat of cooking up delicious meals, while a washing machine makes short work of any laundry. The kitchen opens into a generous open-plan dining area where an attractive, amber-coloured wooden dining table promotes sociable, informal meals.

A high wall on the street side ensures complete privacy, while the elevated terrace allows sea views in one direction and the magnificent backdrop of Table Mountain in the other. A state of blissful relaxation is easily achieved on sun loungers around the sparkling terrace pool, accompanied by the gentle sound of the surf and the fresh ocean breeze. The built-in barbecue on the terrace is ideal for outdoor cooking while enjoying a spectacular sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.
