Finchley Road Villa is a brand new, modern spectacular villa with all the trimmings located 500M from Camps Bay Beach. It has 4 en suite bedrooms, the master suite deserves a special mention due to its spectacular bathroom and large private terrace that offers spectacular beach views. Furnished impeccably by a premier interior design company, with added plasma TVs, and a lovely kitchen. With a heated Swimming Pool and Private Garden guests can relax throughout the day.

Air-conditioning is provided in living areas and two bedrooms. Also to the guest's convenience is Underfloor Heating in all the bedrooms and in the Lounge. Gas fireplaces are in the Master Bedroom and also in the Lounge. A TV room with a sofa/double bed is also available. Parking for four cars is provided and a Maid service on all working days is available.

Enjoy satellite TV in some rooms, and all rooms have gorgeous views of the garden, mountain or sea. The villa offers a well equipped kitchen with a luxurious design. After spending just a second in this villa, you will never forget its radiant ambiance.
