Chardonnay Villa is located a mere five minute walk from colourful Camps Bay beach front, a village on the fringe of the city centre, with its prized restaurants and bars, live entertainment, sparkling safe waters and endless white sands under the palms and just a short drive from Table Mountains cableway and the V & A Waterfront filled with African treasures of every description, designer shops and delicious meals and all sorts of boat cruises around the bay to Robben Island, this villa is perfectly suited to a holiday lifestyle.

Up a few steps at the entrance, guests are welcomed by the impressive artwork that adorns the walls throughout this home and into the beige tiled open kitchen, living and dining areas where contrasting light and dark tones and innovative lighting illuminate and give a stylish ambiance to this space while doing little to detract from the beauty of its surrounds. The fine, classy fully equipped contemporary kitchen allows for convenient, easy cooking on a frequent basis with top quality materials such as a fully cladded stainless steel fridge and freezer, satin chrome finishes that blend in with the modern style of the home, a large cream granite work island and plenty white and beige cabinetry. A separate laundry area is around the corner.

The dining room is an intimate space with a solid dark wood square dining table with eight good looking dark brown leather chairs, perfect to cater for family and friends gatherings. The living room furniture is comfortable and unpretentious with similar lines that blend together well like the free standing dark wood television cabinet, dark wood wall shelving, square shaped glass top and granite bottom coffee table and two naturally graceful matching sofas upholstered in beige linen with a chair plus a cream leather seat that adds an innovative touch, all sitting on satin chrome feet.

The villas five spacious and matching bedrooms are decorated in neutral shades with lightly painted walls and framed photographs of Cape Town, crisp white linen, a movable television cabinet, a comfortable suede armchair, fitted wardrobes and glamorous polished light wooden floors. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with light granite and solid dark wood vanities and exclusive fitted bathroom ware, perfectly suited for comfort and relaxation, three have a shower and two have a shower plus a large bathtub. Bedroom one has a double bed with a camel suede headboard, chunky dark wood wall shelves and glass sliding doors to a private patio with romantic ornate furniture for those precious peaceful moments. Bedroom two has a dark wood double bed, a brown leather sofa and glass sliding doors to the pool area, bedroom three has twin beds with French white headboards and large windows. A guest loo is placed down the passageway.

Bedroom four is positioned downstairs and covered in a beautiful coffee colour carpet with a king size bed and black suede headboard, a cream leather square seat, windows along the top of the wall plus glass sliding doors that lead on to a balcony with wooden furniture. Bedroom five is tiled and has a separate, private cobbled entrance at the bottom of the house with wooden patio furniture, a double bed with a daring, unique animal patterned headboard, a self standing French white wardrobe and an intercom system.

The living areas of this beautiful villa reveal phenomenal ocean views and lead out on to a large, well lit and relaxing pool area that is partly under cover allowing for sheltered outdoor dining with a gas barbeque/braai, stylish wood and chrome loungers and an eye-catching mosaic wall-framed infinity swimming pool that flows seamlessly into the blue sea.
