Cape Blue is part of the same development as Tidal Rayz, and they are very similar in layout and design (although the furnishings and decorations differ substantially).
Cape Blue is a stylish modern villa in a magnificent location in Camps Bay. It is situated on a quiet road, but it is still within walking distance to the beautiful Camps Bay beach and local shops and restaurants. The property also enjoys fantastic views, not only of the Atlantic but also and the Twelve Apostles.
But what really sets this property apart, in a suburb where space has a huge premium attached, are the generous proportions of the house. Your initial impression of the house is one of spaciousness as you enter through a triple size front door.
