Glen Beach Villas are situated in the cosmopolitan up-market suburb of Camp’s Bay. Flanked by the prestigious Bantry Bay, Clifton, Bakoven and Llandudno, this area is home to thousands of sun worshippers each year. The area boasts some of the world’s finest beaches and breathtaking views. Camp’s Bay has a tropical atmosphere with a palm-lined promenade and beachfront that has many sidewalk cafes, up-market restaurants, shops and bars. Situated above the exclusive Glen Beach (a tiny enclave), these luxury apartments lie on the slopes of Lion’s Head and the Twelve Apostles mountain range and have expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Villa No 2 is an apartment with two levels, the entertainment and upper level. The upper level contains four elegantly furnished bedrooms, two of them sea facing and two face Lion’s Head. Three of the bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and there is an additional guest toilet. The upper level also contains the pool with its glass mosaic bottom and it has a stunning timber deck that is ideal for enjoying sundowners while watching the splendour of the Atlantic sunsets. The entertainment level has a stylish contemporary décor with state of the art facilities. It comprises an open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with unparalleled views of the ocean. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD and a sound system.

Villa No 3 has three levels, the upper, entertainment, and lower level. The upper level contains two en-suite bedrooms that face the majestic Twelve Apostles. The entertainment level has an elegant modern décor with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The lounge area contains a satellite TV, sound system, and DVD. The lower level contains a spacious en-suite bedroom with a stylish glass and timber décor, A TV room that opens onto the balcony and glass rim-flow pool area that boasts gorgeous views of the ocean.

Both luxury apartments are fully serviced, have secure parking for two cars, a private elevator, fax facilities and quality linen is supplied.
