Atlantic Seaview House is both conveniently close to the beach as well as situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area. We are 5 min. from the Camps Bay beachfront with its restaurants, bars and shops. The city centre is reached in just 10 min and the Waterfront in 20 min.

The house has a friendly, light atmosphere and you will enjoy a great sea view from every room, the balcony and the garden. It is a spacious two-storey house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, open-plan kitchen, garden and swimming pool.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, the dining room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen and the living room which opens onto a large wooden balcony looking onto the sea. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge opening onto the pool area. The garden is big, with patio and swimming pool and has lovely seaviews as well as a view of the mountains. Many indigenous nectar eating birds can be observed in the garden. The house is very childfriendly and a baby cot and some other essentials can be provided. There is a pool fence.
