Relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the magnificent ocean and mountain views from this lovely spacious 6 bedroom house in the beautiful suburb of Camps Bay.

Atlantic Ambience is a mere 10 minute walk from Camps Bay beach front with shops, entertainment and fine restaurants.

The ground level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table; an eight seater dining area and a TV lounge with soft leather furniture. There is also a terrace that leads off the living area with barbeque facility and outside dining furniture.

The first floor comprise of 2 air conditioned bedrooms including the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and private balcony.

On the lower ground level there is a sixth en suit bedroom.

At the back of the house is a large swimming pool and terrace with sun loungers and beautiful mountain views. Facilities for young children as well as a maid and garden pool service are provided.

The house has a double garage with direct access to the house and is fully alarmed with armed response and medical support.
