This villa is one that has been chosen by Cape Villas to enter our exclusive collection due to its close proximity to the beach whilst being away from the madding crowd. It is very neat has a private garden, pool, sun deck with built in BBQ and there is a separate bathroom for all guests.

Please note, this villa is to be totally re furnished over July and August, the main difference will be in the lounge where you will find Leather corner suites, the coffee tables etc. will be in a Indonesian / African dark wood finish. This will be a great improvement.

A wooden balustrade is to be placed around the swimming pool, Ocean views can be fount only from the second floor of the house,. It is possible to sleep 8 people but the upstairs foyer where a sofa bed is found is not private.

All in all, this well priced villa is very nice. It is ideally suited to families and beach lovers.
