West Beach Manor

Luxurious holiday house, at the beach front is situated in Blouberg, the town with the spectacular world famous view of majestic Table Mountain. Smell the crisp sea air and take a stroll down to the beach and relax and unwind by participating in the numerous water sport activity or simply soaking up the sun and watching the colorful display of kites and wind surfers.

Westbeach Manor is a large 250 square meter house on a 650 square meter yard and consists of 5 bedrooms accommodating a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a walk in closet.

3 Bedrooms are upstairs and 1 bedroom is down stairs. There is a large family bathroom with bath and shower. Attached to the main house is also a granny flat with its own bathroom and can accommodated another 2 adults and 2 children (children on a sleeper coach)

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances to ensure the guests comforts and convenience, an entrance area and spacious lounge with fire place. A television room with satellite TV DVD and surround sound opens onto the outside entertainment area consisting of a covered barbeque area in a garden with a solar heated sparkling swimming pool. (most pools without a heater is normally too cold to use).

The house is elegantly furnished and has a beautiful view of the Blouberg and Tygerberg Mountains. It has an alarm system and a remote control garage with direct access to the house.

Various restaurants, movie theatre, golf course and a lake, ideal for boating sailing and wind surfing is within close proximity of the house. We can arrange at additional cost a weekly house cleaning service.
