Atlantic Sunset is a bright, spacious townhouse situated in a security complex. Walk to BIG BAY beach, popular with swimmers and surfers. It has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 7 people, modern facilities, stylish furnishings, double garage. Great views of Table Mountain,

Big Bay & Blouberg beach is where photographers take the best views of Table Mountain.

For water/windsport, jogging, cycling and roller blading enthusiasts, this area is the perfect spot. BIG BAY beach is a few minutes walk, whilst BLOUBERG BEACH is 5 minuteS drive from the apartment. The newly proclaimed Blaauwberg conservancy area is close by and the apartment is well situated for spring flower routes.

Seaside village shopping centre with access to all essential shopping/restaurants is within walking distance.

Above the double garage is the open plan living area i.e. lounge with TV, DVD, radio/cd player and DSTV (please bring your own card), dining room, kitchen, guest loo and small 4th bedroom. The huge veranda has a view of Table Mountain, partial view of the sea and ample space with furniture/sun umbrella for the family to relax together. There is also a small, enclosed garden leading off the kitchen. The gas braai can be used on the veranda or in the back garden.

Bright, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, it has three bedrooms (main en-suuite) & full family bathroom on the upper level and small fourth bedroom on 1st level.

The modern kitchen with granite working surfaces is fully equipped, including washing machine, tumble drier, oven and microwave.

Towels (including swimming towels) and linen are provided.

Basket with tea/coffee/milk & sugar is supplied for your arrival
