A luxury sleeper couch in the lounge can accommodate a 7th guest. The private entertainment areas provide indoor, as well as outdoor barbeque areas, making it suitable for all - weather entertainment.

The lounge and main bedroom opens up onto a beautifully maintained, wind free garden and is fully enclosed by an ivy covered boundary wall. Soak up the African sun in total privacy with exclusive access to an inviting slash pool.

Full Satellite Television means that the kids are always entertained with numerous cartoon networks to choose from, as well as endless Sport Channels for dad!

DIRECTIONS: Directions from Airport to '6 Boom Bend'.
From Cape Town Airport, drive towards the 'N2' highway and turn Right onto 'N2' highway towards Cape Town. Once on the N2, drive 8 kilometres and then turn left at Exit 9 ('M5 - North')turn-off.
Stay on the 'M5- North' for approximately 3 kilometres and then turn LEFT onto the 'N1 Kaapstad / Cape Town' Highway towards Cape Town.
Once you are on the 'N1 highway', turn LEFT at the first turn off (2 kilometres). This is the 'R27' (exit 4 ) ('Milnerton, Table View, West Coast' sign).
Stay on the R27 for 15 kilometres. You will cross a huge intersection (Blouberg Road) with 2 huge shopping malls on your right hand side (Bayside Shopping Mall). Cross 1 further intersection (Porterfield Road). At the next traffic lights, turn LEFT into 'Sandown Road' ( 'Blouberg Sands/ West Beach sign).
Once in Sandown Road, continue for 1,2km. Once you have passed 'Westport Spar -shopping centre' on your left, you will reach a small traffic circle. Turn RIGHT at the traffic circle (Sail Street).
From 'Sail Street' turn left at SECOND road (Boom Bend) [please note that the first road left is also Boom Bend- but turn at the second road left!)
Number 6 is the third house on your LEFT.
