A lovely, secure, ground floor, self catering garden apartment in Bloubergstrand.

Relax on a patio wrapping around two sides of the lounge, accessed through 2 large glass sliding doors in the lounge. Braai in a built in BBQ attached to the patio. A well maintained exclusive use garden flows off the patios.

Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a double futton sleeper couch, 2 x wing back rocker chairs, TV and radio/cd player, etc

The kitchen is fully equiped for self catering: including 2 x 2 plate cookers, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric wok, bar fridge, etc. A dining table seating 4 and bar counter seating 6.

The large main bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, built in cupboards, etc and on suite shower room with towels.

The large entrance hall converts into a second bedroom with 2 x single beds when required, this has an on suite toilet and basin.

Off street parking is available or use of a garage can be arranged at an additional cost.

The apartment is 300m from the world-renowned Bloubergstrand beach, which offers post card views of Table Mountain across Table Bay.

The unit is situated close to restaurants and all other amenities, but still offer peace and quiet.
