BIG BAY PAD is a bright, well located spacious townhouse with stunning panoramic sea and mountain views, situated in the Grande Bay security complex, less than 5 minutes walk to the famous Big Bay beach resort. The Big Bay beach is on trail as a Blue Flag beach, making this venue a world class facility.

Big Bay has excellent clean surf, many types of watersport disciplines (Surfing, Kite Surfing, Wind Surfing, Surf Ski and Wave Ski), white endless beaches, hammock dunes, a stunning walking promenade and the protection of the Big Bay Surf Lifesaving Club lifeguards. If you want to be utterly alone and romantic on a protected white-sand beach - this is the place.

The promenade also has an excellent choice of restaurants catering for all types and tastes, two large supermarkets, speciality shops, surf shops and much more. The village of Blouberg nearby has seaside walking paths, traditional restaurants and the famous Blue Peter Hotel with its outside pub overlooking the beach with full views.

Of course Cape Town, Western Cape and all its world renown tourist attractions, such as the Victoria &Albert Waterfront, Wine farms, Table Mountain, Canal Walk, National Parks, Langebaan Lagoon, Fynbos covered mountains, West Coast villages, Cederberg range, Clifton Beach, to mention a few, are all a short drive away.

Cape Town centre is 20 minutes drive outside peak hours. Search the internet and be amazed at what the Western Cape has to offer. It is excellent value for money and this venue is perfect to access all of it. Let's not forget that Cape Town is hosting many of the Football World Cup games in 2010, and you can see the football stadium from both balconies.

The accommodation has some flexibility and consists of the following characteristics:

Upper level:

* Two permanent double bedrooms (One of these bedrooms has a queen size bed). * Full family bathroom (shower, toilet, bath, basin, cupboards). * One family room with a large view balcony, bar and en-suite shower / toilet, and this can be converted to a double bedroom on request. * All bedrooms have built in cupboards.

Lower level:

* Office with desk and cupboards. * Spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. * Guest toilet (off main entrance to the apartment). * Fully fitted kitchen has dish-washer, gas hob, oven, warming drawer, microwave, marble tops, washing machine, double fridge, freezer and many other conveniences. * Lounge opening to a large covered balcony using full folding doors to give expanse and true indoor-outdoor living. * Large 72" TV with full cable TV access (DSTV) included in the rental. * Separate backyard paved area with clotheslines. * Dinning room that opens to a raised, paved terrace with its own special views, portable barbeque and outdoor seating area. * All windows and sliding doors have DOUBLE GLAZING based on European standards, for insulation and noise protection. * The bedrooms are carpeted, remaining upstairs are wood-laminated and the downstairs common areas are tiled. * The townhouse has its own access to the beach via a side gate. * Designated parking (secured in complex) for three cars alongside the townhouse.. * Weekly cleaning and linen changes are included, additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional change. * Ideal for business and vacation use. * ADSL or wireless internet option on request at a small extra charge (ZAR 100/ week). * Views from both balconies and terrace are breathtaking, and the sunsets dipping into the ocean will be imprinted in you mind forever. * All bed linen and towels provided. * Welcome basket such as coffee, tea provided.
