VERY well postitoned flat for holiday or business purposes. Clean, well organised with friendly, accomodating staff. Basic, but comfortable and at this price, a bargain!Would definitely recommend.

We had the most wondeful time that we extended our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable the pool was clean and we spent alot of time there. Special thanks to Natasha who was very helpful friendly and efficiant. Rachel Muller

We really enjoyed our stay, no hiccups were experienced, even after we forgot to notify you a day in advance of our arrival we still found key and access arrangments already in place, that for me was excellent service. The place was peaceful and made for a good holiday rest.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE

1) Your checking in system. We found it very easy to gain entry to the apartment and easy to leave when we wanted to leave.

2) We like where the apartment was situated it made access to the Tyger Valley Shopping centre and local attractions.

3) We liked the security we felt very safe at all times.

4) We liked the parking it was close to the apartment and under cover.

5) We found the apartment spacious the kitchen and living room well stocked with cutlery,crocery, frigde, stove, microwave, tv, decoder, dvd player etc. We found the cupboard space was more than adequate and the bathroom very user friendly.

Things we thought that could be improved upon.

1) We found the apartment very hot in the afternoon even though there was a fan we felt an aircon was necessary.

2) We found the lounge furniture badly assembled uncomfortable and dangerous. We recommend replacing the rickety chairs with sturdy three seatercouch.


3) We would have liked a slightly larger bed a queen or a king.

4) We where very disappointed at the state of the swimming pool, it was green and murky and the temperatures where very hot so a swim was out of the question.
